Premier speed stuck at 32Mbps.
I have premiere service and recently switched to Motorola Sb6121 DOCSIS 3 modem. The speed is stuck at 32Mbps. It needs code swap, code upgrade or network reset to achieve higher speeds as stated on Cox online forums. Non of the customer support tech are aware of this issue..
