Poor Download Speed
I have the Ultimate package and the Arris TG2472G gateway. I'm getting about 23 download and 23 upload. I'm thinking something's drastically wrong. I'm running it hardwired to my desktop and no other devices in the house are active so I'm not splitting the download speed and with anything else. I've talked to Cox several times about it. We've done resets and restarts. Cox claims they're getting 220 down and 25 up when they check the circuit. Any thoughts.

Do you have the PC connected directly to the gateway or is there a router? How are you measuring your speed? Have you tried another PC?

One problem I'm seeing right away from this end is the currently attached wired devices appear to only support 10/100 Ethernet which means actual max speeds will likely be lower. Do you have any PC with a gigabit Ethernet connection you can try plugging into the gateway and testing with?
