PIP does not work on any receiver/DVR using the Contour IPG. The remote is not the problem.

There isn't anything to fix. The DVR's are designed to use all their tuners for recording, so there are none to use for PIP. If they made PIP work, you wouldn't be able to record as many things at a time. Since that feature is more requested then PIP (I would imagine) I don't predict this changing any time soon. If your TV has PIP, then that can still work, you just need a 2nd source (DVD, another DVR, antenna, etc) for it.
