Paying for 50 and getting 25!
I'm paying for 50mbps and most times getting 25mbps, when it's not cutting out and disconnecting! I'm just about done with Cox totally! Keep on jacking the bill up and up....this is getting old.

Hello. This is Cox Internet Forum, which is a public forum for other Cox users to help each other. Posting that you're getting "slow" speed and you're "just about done" seems more like anger directed at Cox then a technical issue we can help with. Please include some technical details of the issue. What model modem/router/gateway? How are you judging your speed? If speedtest site, please post results. Also, wired or wireless? Is it always slow, or more some under certain conditions, if so, what?
