Outage currently?

where can one find a listing or map of current known outages? My landline and Internet are currently down. Television seems fine. Am in Omaha, NE.. Noticing that all agents are busy etc.. And Internet has been a bit iffy past week. Just want to confirm its an outage.

Any declared outages affecting your account would be mentioned in our greeting while holding for an agent.  When I look at the Internet connection from this end the modem appears to be online but showing poor signal levels.  It may be necessary to schedule a technician to come troubleshoot further.
