Out of sync audio...scratch audio

After moving to a new location, this problem has appeared again. Throughout the day, audio on any given channel will sooner or later get out of sync. A simple change of channel then back again is sufficient to fix the problem, but it's a real annoyance.  Ditto for the scratch audio symptoms....though the scratchy audio is a new symptom.

What to do now?
