Only 800 kB/s download speeds with Webstar modem from Cox
My plan says 5 MB/s download speeds but my max seems to be about 800 KB/s. I'm using the Cox provided Webstar modem, but my download speeds have never been near that what they should be. I've heard there is some kind of modem setting, but can't access the modem.
Name is: DPC2100R2 Software Version is:
dpc2100R2-v2.0.2r1256-110419as-COX
Should I just get another modem?

Do you mean 5 MB or 5Mb, what tier do you have?
What test are you taking that is quoting this speed?
Are you taking the test direct to the modem?
