On Demand shows not listed for weeks

Question

I understand that aired shows take 24-72 hours after the air date to appear on the On Demand list, but I've been waiting for my shows to appear since Valentine's Day. I have now missed 2 weeks of shows. Please help =(

Hi, what shows are you missing? Please try power cycling the cable box by unplugging the power cord from the cable box, wait a minute, then plug it back in. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the guide to update and the information to download.
