On Demand Not Working
Anyone why on demand is not working? All I get is a non stop commercial.

Thanks Chris reloading the box worked now my on demand is working

The most common cause for OnDemand issues is a return path signal issue where the box is having problems communicating back to us. Do you have another box installed in your home you can try? I would also try disconnecting power to the box for two minutes and reconnecting to see if resetting the box that way helps any.
