On Demand movie
I ordered Divergent earlier today. I was starting to watch it and more then half way through I had to stop it. I turned the tv off. I came home eager to watch the rest and now I can't find it in my purchased folder under demand movies. I don't want to pay for something that isn't available to me for 48 hrs like it was supposed to be. Help!!

That's not good. When you go to Movies > All New Movies > Purchased, does it show you 'No Purchases' on the screen? If you were to select the movie, does it prompt you to purchase it? If this is the case, please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com so that we can review your account.
