Oklahoma Gas & Electric Website
Rcvd an email that my OG&E bill was ready at oge.com. Went there. Obviously a new site since last month. Try to find my bill. Billing statement and history was blank. Called OG&E and was told that it was either the firewall on my computer or Cox's security certificate was not current. Turned off firewall, still no statement. OG&E rep then said it must be Cox. Said she has had lots of calls from Cox customers and that a letter had been sent to Cox regarding this problem. I wonder what the real problem is as I have never had this problem at any other website. Any ideas?

Sounds like a problem with their site, especially if it's new. What the link you are trying to go to? Do you have a screenshot? Does the bill normally open in PDF?

Well, what do you know!! Went back to get a screen shot and it is working properly. Whooda thunk!
