Not getting advertised speeds on Premier package
I recently was upgraded to the Premier package but am only able to max out at about 57Mbps according to speedtest.net.
My equipment is a desktop PC with gigabit Ethernet directly connected to a Motorola SB6120 that is DOCSIS 3.0.
I have rebooted my equipment (modem) and made sure all the connections are secure.

SB6120 is only approved up to Preferred. Might need a modem with more downstream channels to make full use of your speed.
But also, what are your signal levels from 192.168.100.1?
