Not getting 100Mbps

I recently upgraded from the 50Mbps package to the 100Mbps package and now I'm getting 32Mbps.  I tried a factory reset on my DOCSIS 3.0 modem and gave it a few days, but still capped at 32Mbps.  Any ideas?

If you are still seeing the same speeds it could either be a service code on the modem or a issue with the signal there. With the SB6141 are you seeing the upstream and downstream lights staying green or are the showing blue?

Lights are blue.  I show 8 bonded downstream channels all with at least 36 dBm S/N at 256 QAM.  Cox speed test still shows me capping at 32.5-32.6 Mbps.
