"Temporarily off air" is a very generic message, which can be caused by any number of signal problems from the box itself all the way back to the broadcaster. However, I see that you also emailed e-Care about this and they've already reset your receiver, and I'm getting good signal readings from it all around, so if you're continuing to see this message then we'll need to know if it's on specific channels, or if it goes away if you change the channel away and back.

Yes, Kip! We are back up and running. It is our seizure monitor (sounds silly, but it helps us through the long, drawn out experience of seizure activity and gives us a timeframe of how long they last-it's better to watch a tv show instead of a clock when these things crop up!).
The E-Care person was awesome! So we are truly grateful. Thank you all!
