and don't forget rates are rising this month.  I am still waiting for an actual real  answer from my email to cox asking how much i will be refunded for their failure to provide the service i signed up for,  CBS was pulled because COX refused to pay the increase.  Understood, cox should not act like that it was unilateral.  IF cox decides not to pay more  for a service then that service gets pulled.  Pure logic.  However, If I paid for the service already and cox actually ahs lower costs because although they are not paying an increase, they were paying something and they are no longer paying anything for CBS.

Its like me complaining to cox that my service was pulled because i refused to pay their RIDICULOUS price increases. Id expect their answer to be, you decided not to pay so we don't provide you the service.  so COX, I paid for cbs last month. However, you have not been providing the service for 5 days now, so where is my refund of those charges since you now have 0 cost for cbs for the month i paid.

If i do not get a response in the next few days with an $ they are refunding, I will be switching to satellite TV.  I may end up doing it anyway when their new rates come into effect this month and I see exactly how much mire they want to charge me for LESS programming.  I dont care how many channels you offer, if you dont have the big 4 networks, I dont want the inferior  service.

Gman, a single channel's cost to you averages less than $1 PER MONTH, your 5-day credit would be about 15cents. Would you like that mailed out to you as a check or coins?

There really needs to be an insta-lock on new threads about CBS/KLAS/Superbowl
