No data appears at bottom of screen
On one of my TVs the banner at the bottom of the screen shows No data instead of the name of the program whenever I change channels. The picture is just fine. Can you help with this program?

Perhaps you'd like to share the model of STB that has no banner, and the IPG being used.

Try unplugging the power from the box for a bit then reconnect it. After the reboot it will take a couple minuets but the guide data should load back in. If it doesn't, or if you lose it again, you probably have a upstream signal problem.
@Domino Most people don't know what a STB or IPG is IMO. Specially those posting such a simple question.
