Does that gmail email address or name mean anything to you? Who is the email address to? A cox.net email address? Is this you? I would guess you are set as the admin contact for that domain so each time they add a user, you get notified. Its a glitch with Joomla, a website development platform.

Are they always from that company? If so, try to email the site admin and let him know. Looks like the website is registered to another Tim also with a cox.net email address, so maybe it's just a typo somewhere?
