New TV - new box??

We got a new TV finally HD Plasma. Do we need a new cable box now? We have the digital scientific atlanta one...had it for like 10 years...

Correct you will need to get an HD capable box if you want to take full advantage of the TV.  One thing a lot of people miss is also you need to update your connections. Most people are using HDMI these days as it is just one cable to get all video and audio signal.
