New DOCSIS 3.0 modem speed capped

I have the preferred package and I just upgraded my modem to a DOCSIS 3.0. I'm having the same issue I see others are having, speed is capped at 32mbps. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Modem: Motorola SBG6580

OS: Windows 8.1

Direct Ethernet connection

Hi whirlwind,

I was able to locate the account and change the service codes. If you are still not able to get the faster speeds, I suggest power cycling your equipment.
