Getting spotty service. When I log into my gateway I am getting Network Access: Denied. My wife is a photographer and needs a solid connection. How do u fix this?

Are you getting spotty service or no service? Im pretty sure "Network Access: Denied" comes from the modem not being properly provisioned on Cox's end. Might be a billing issue, or something from Cox security, but that should knock you off completely, not cause performance problems.
Also. what gateway do you have? CG3000D?

It is working right now. Getting around 30mbs (I pay for 100). It could switch to denied again any second, or occasionally or will say locked. My bill is up to date. It's the ubee DDW366.
