Can I stream Netflix through my Cox Cable box? or my Cisco DPQ3212 modem?

Netflix is an Internet based service so you would be able to access it from any Internet connected device with the software to do so.  The cable box does not fall into this category however many TVs or devices connected to TVs will have this capability along with your computer.
