Hello, Cox, the Android app is STILL NOT WORKING in Tucson. You've got the Extra Time channels showing up on cable, but the NBC Live Extra app still gives the error: "We're Sorry. It looks like your TV subscription does not support access to Live Extra. Please contact your TV provider."
Maybe one of YOU can actually try testing these things first-hand, rather than waiting for hundreds of customers to report problems and try to explain to you what's broken. We're now five games into the season, and still not getting what we're paying you for. Please fix it.
