My internet is soo slow

Hello there , I paying for 100 Mbps running under 1Mbps , Speedtest by Ookla !   I tried everything unplug put it back direct to modem. but still no hope .. please fix this Thank You

I have the same problem today! I hope it's just a technical problem. Where are you located BigBoyAZ? Maybe we are in the same lil area and it's having an issue. I'm near 24th st and Baseline.

Hi,

I'm in Glendale, AZ - northwest of Phoenix - and internet is unbelievably S....L....O....W here today. I E-mailed Cox but got no reply - of course - and didn't really expect one. I hope they get it fixed soon!

There is another thread where a Cox rep. states an outage and they talk a bit more about the issue and some info on the possible cause/source:
