My connection

When I first sign in to Cox my ID and password work fine. But then when I have to sign in again to look at my mail My same ID and password won't go through. Can someone help me find ou what to do?

Hi Vagal44, can you provide step by step information on what you are doing to login? If you login from the main page, you should not have to login a second time. Also, are you getting an error message when you have to login a second time?
