Music Choice

Until today, I was able to log into MusicChoice.com and listed to the audio channels on my work computer.  Now I don't have access.

 Error message is "We're very sorry, but you don't have access to this content.".

Did something change?

Thanks,

Glenn

In case anyone stumbles upon this thread, I figured it out by burrowing through the FAQ's.  Although I have been listening at work for a long time, and it would periodically ask me to login, I never had a problem.

Now it appears that you are required to login from a device at your home; once that is done you are good for 30 days to login/listen from anywhere.  Last night I logged in from home and now today, in a new zip code without a cox connection I am back listening to Music Choice.

Hope it works for you.

Glenn.

@Glennl

Glad to hear you were able to figure out a solution.  I was actually not aware that such a limitation was in place.

Nor was I.  Live and learn :)  I logged in with COX credentials and that worked.  So far...

Music Choice for Web

► General Information

Q. How do I login to MusicChoice.com and Mobile apps?

A. Using your Music Choice account username and password, login while you are within range of your home Wi-Fi. Once you have successfully logged in, you will remain authenticated for 30 days that means you can use the app anywhere, anytime! After the 30 days are over, you will be asked to login again while connected to your home Wi-Fi to re-authenticate for additional 30 days.

If you do not have a Music Choice account, simply create one! While on the Sign In screen, select Create. After you create your account, login while you are within range of your home Wi-Fi. You will also be asked to authenticate every 30 days via your home Wi-Fi as stated above.
