Is anyone else having this issue with some of the movie channels? EPIX and FLIX seem to be having the most trouble, but also happens to several of the other channels from 360-385. Select one of these channels and we see an "error message" after a black screen for 5-10 seconds: "Temporarily Off Air - EPIX (or whichever channel) - please check back later."
Sometimes the channel displays correctly for 5-10 seconds and then shhows the error message.
This started sometime during the week of 12/3.

Temporarily offline channels occur a lot. Cox can't properly manage their networks.

The signal levels look good to the box but I wonder if may be the box itself is having some kind of problem. I would suggest disconnecting power for two minutes and reconnecting to reboot it and see if that clears it up. If not it might help to call in and have it refreshed from our end or possibly setup a service call to troubleshoot further.

Many of our older generation digital boxes also have analog tuners for viewing channels still delivered via analog. For the newer digital only boxes those channels are simulcast digitally.
