I changed a TV from one room to another. TVs at both locations were working perfectly. Now one works fine but the other does not have ROVI. Channels are on different locations: i.e. ABC is on 75-4, Fox is on 91-2, KFMB 91-3, etc. Plus I only get limited stations. Talked to Cox support. After having me go thru menu to set-up channels they told me there was nothing further they could do. I was told they could send a technician out but that I would have to pay for a service call. I thought it could be taken care of remotely. Can someone tell me how to activate/set-up rovi?

Is there a cable box in the room where the affected TV is connected? Rovi is the software platform used on our (non-Contour) cable boxes. If there is no cable box in this room the TV would connect directly to the cable outlet and a channel scan performed on a clear QAM tuner would detect and store the channels you are describing. If there is a cable box in this room I would venture to guess that either something is hooked up improperly or the box is on a different input.
Please advise what model box you have and trace the coaxial cable wire from the outlet at the wall and let me know what it connects to.
