Motorola SB6141 Modem - Update Firmware?
How can I get the latest firmware update for my Motorola SB6141 cable modem?
Here are my current settings:
Model Name: SB6141
Vendor Name: Motorola
Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.12-SCM00-NOSH
Boot Version: PSPU-Boot(25CLK) 1.0.12.18m3
Hardware Version: 7.0
Firmware Build Time: Mar 12 2013 17:48:19

Thanks! Yes I had the Cox Technician come out and they noticed water in the line going to the house so they replaced that along with the splitters.
They came out because I was having frequent Internet dropouts after upgrading to the Motorola SB6141 DOCSIS 3.0 modem from my Motorola SB DOCSIS 2.0 modem.
I talked with Motorola and they stated it was not the modem hardware so now I'm stuck with both Cox and Motorola saying it's not their hardware.
I don't know what to do next. I was hoping a firmware update was available that may fix.
