How can a ISP be or not be compatible with a OS? If you mean what will technically work, then anything that has a standard TCP/IP stack should work. If your asking what will Cox "support" then its probably just best try for anything not Cox related. Do you mean USB drivers?

This isn't the first time a OS has gone out of Microsoft support. Nothing is going to change.
