MC Music Choice

You should have a lot of choices to choose from. Please power cycle the cable box and let us know if On demand updates the list properly.

Power cycled three times included one leaving the box unplugged for 45 minutes, no help. Both boxes in the house have the same issue. When using the HD mc music choice my only option is Mel B's video and the non HD version says to check back periodically.

I power cycled both boxes in my house and for the Non HD MC Music Choice (channel 2208) I'm now only able to see 7 videos for "Best of 2014" available.

Since you are still not getting all the titles, I can reset the receiver from here. Let me know the best window to do this. We're here 7 days a week from 7am-1am EST. You can also call the automated system and have the receivers reset from our IVR system.

Called the cox automated system and it reset the box. Went to on demand, freezone, Music hd, mc music choice and it appeared to try to load the channel, the percentage increased 1-2% until 100% where it then told me to check back periodically... The regular (non hd)mc music choice has one more video than before but only shows 8 total.

This issue is a problem with Music Choice. We are checking with the Network to see if they will be keeping this folder dark or re-pitching new content. If we receive new content, it will be uploaded within 48 hours.

The Music Choice listings should be updated On Demand, please let us know if you are still seeing issues with the content.
