Lost Cox email password and answer to security question.

My mom forgot her Cox email password as well as the answer to security question so I cannot set up her new computer. (Mac Mini)  I'd like to change her password (and write it down for her) but how do I do this?  Without that security question answer the site won't allow  change.  The "hint" is no help either.
