Losing Favorites on Contour 2
I just got a Contour 2 box and set up my Favorite Channels so that when I access the Guide or press the right arrow on the remote, I will get a list of only my favorite channels. But when I change to another station or another task, both guides revert to listing ALL the stations and not just my favorites. Is there a way to keep the settings on my chosen Favorite Channels?

Are you trying to set your Guide so that only your saved "Favorites" appear when you press the Guide button? I'm not sure if that is possible.

We want to make it so that the "Favorites" appear as the view default when we open the guide. It is a pain to have to switch it over when we open the guide. It wouldn't be so bad if we had to do it only when we open the guide for the first time of the day, but even when we switch it over, it loses the "Favorites" view after a while and we have to switch it over again.

You can change the default guide view to Favorites. Have you found these steps to work? Settings/ Labs/ Default Guide View/ Highlight Favorites and press OK. Let us know if this works on the Contour 2 receiver you are using.
