located programs
I have not been able to locate programs on my DVR, when I type in a program name all it says is "loading"??

Are you having this problem on all your TVs or just one? If it's just one, I suggest unplugging the DVR, waiting 2 minutes and then plugging it back in. Once the time comes back, turn everything back on. Let me know if this helps.

I assume you are referring to the "SEARCH" function. How long are you waiting after it says "loading" ?? Have you tried selecting one letter at a time, and viewing the results after each letter?
