What has happened to the Williamsburg listing on the weather channel's Locel on the 8s? Cox needs to list Williamsburg. We are in a different temperature area here in James City County and Williamsburg. Our weather is more like richmend than the Peninsula. Look at the VA Gazette Last Word and you will see how upset our residents are over this change. The Weather Channel says it is Cox who made the change.

Thanks for reaching out to us through the Cox Forums! I apologize for the delay in our reply.
The issue with The Weather Channel is not a permanent change; it is a defective equipment issue. The Local on the 8s will be incorrect while we're waiting to receive a replacement part. Once we get the part replaced, Local on the 8s will return to normal.
As a "weather bug" myself, I know how frustrating this must for all of you in Williamsburg and James City County! Thanks for your patience as we get this repaired and back online for you.
