Linksys WRT54G V3 Setup
I have the latest firmware available for a Linksys 54g Router. However, I need the information step by step to set this router up as a wifi access point for Cox. Does anyone have this information available?

Call Linksys.
The ISP isn't responsible for helping you with a 3rd party router.

Bryce, I guess I needed to be more specific. I was hoping someone out there has set this up on there own routers. I was hoping for screen shots of the basic setup and the wireless setup. However, I believe that Cox does know how this is done since their field techs do it all the time. Someplace within the Cox system there has to be some basic knowledge of what the settings are suppose to be to make a Linksys router work on their system. If the techs know it.

Yes Lara, it's recommended that you configure those settings however they are not dependend on our service in any way. As long as the router is set to obtain an IP address from us automatically it'll work with our service.

Randy, could you provide the setting information-wireless setup-wireless security settings that you use to make this router work correctly? Screen shots would be ok.
