Last night's maintenance kicked my modem offline
I have a Cisco DPC3010 (DOCSIS 3.0) modem at home. I have the 'roomate' connection, which means there is another modem in the house.
Last night, my modem went offline. Happens once every few months. I called Cox, said there was maintenance going on in my area. Today morning, it was back online. Then went offline again, so i called tech support and got the automated 'reset your modem' robo-lady. She reset stuff on her end, and my modem was back online.
10 mins later, my modem goes offline again. I called tech support again, this time for a human. He did his thing on his end, but no luck. We tried to reset modem, power-cycle, hard-button-reset, etc. Nothing worked.
Funny thing is, the other modem in my house is working just fine. I am able to connect to the internet through it.
What should i do now?

I am curious as to what the signal levels look like to the modem. Can you please send an email with the name and address listed on the account. Send to cox.help@cox.com so we can pull up your account and see what's going on with your connection.
