keep email service

We may be moving where COX is not available.  I have had this email for 13 years.  Is there anyway to keep this email?

Unfortunately this option is no longer offered.  What you may consider doing is establishing a new email address with another provider and you can setup your Cox email to forward all messages to that address responding to recipients as they arrive with your new email address.  This will work up until the point that your Cox services are disconnected.  At that point all forwarding will stop.
