When I look at my monthly bill, all I see are terms like "Variety Pak" or "Expanded Service" or "Bonus Pak" with no explanation of what these actually are or how much I'm paying for each (all of them and others are grouped together with a single sum).

Sure, you can use the following link http://ww2.cox.com/residential/hamptonroads/tv/channel-lineup.cox and select which packages you want to see channels for. Note you'll also want to set the location to your specific Cox market as well.

Went to the URL that you provided but I couldn't find an explanation for the following items on my bill:
Faith and Values Pak;
Expanded Service;
Advanced TV;
nor DVR service.
Is there another web page that explains these?

I don't work for Cox, but I can tell you that you won't find a link that explains those charges. You'll have to call them to get them to explain it. Unless you have the starter package, you have the extra charges. Like I said, you'll have to talk to them to get the explanation. In fact, I've got to find out about the faith and value pak since I didn't order that or a couple of other paks that are listed as extra above the starter+expanded service... which if added together gets you the charge for an expanded service. If you have DVR then you have to pay for the service on top of the equipment charge. They like keeping you guessing

Talk to Cox???--Make sure you get ID# tag assigned to person you speak to. Also look to OPT OUT of COX mandatory arbitration---to do this go to cust. service agreement sec sec. 20.7[near back] and write letter or email ArbitrationOptOut@cox.com----Keep copy!!!!!Opting out of an agreement that is stacked against you[3 person panel-2 from industry] and go to small claims court may help you solve a problem or at least opt for forum of YOUR CHOICE not the Cox choice!!!!Everyone needs to look over every bill. If price or new service you can OPT OUT for 30 DAYS ONLY!!!! Keep docs. of Cox reps.ID# if you call---it may help
