First, you probably want to remove your last name and email, public forum and all that.

Are you asking for info about a internet tier/package for 19.99$? Could you provide a link to the ad? Alot of it will depend on exactly what campaign/coupon they are using and the area you live in. Don't need anything specific, just your state.

As for discounted internet for the disabled, I couldn't find anything specific, but your better off waiting for a moderator to answer. What I DID find was Connect2Compete, which is discounted internet for low income families with children. Requirements are:

"A family may qualify for EveryoneOn’s Connect2Compete program if they satisfy the following requirements:

  • Have at least one child eligible or enrolled in the National School Lunch Program.
  • Have not subscribed to Internet service  within the last 90 days.
  • Have no outstanding bills or unreturned equipment."
