Internet Tools not working.
I've also tried running the PC performance test and I get a run-time error. Again on two home PC's On is brand new. Has anyone seen this problem when trying to utilize Internet tools.

What PC performance test? Can you include a link? I was not aware Cox had any test like that. Did you maybe click on a ad on Cox.net?

Have you used the tool before and it has stopped working? Can you copy and paste the error message that you are getting into this thread so we can see exactly what it says?
