Internet Monthly Charge Increase

Without any communication from COX, I saw my monthly internet charge go from 62$ to 70$. So much for inflation rate ? That is a 13% increase without even a warning. I think 62$ was already a rip-off for internet service, now 70$ is an even bigger rip-off.. What happened to the anti-monopoly regulations ? Milking their existing customers as much as they can.... The same service is offered in San Diego by TWC for 40$ a month.
