I have the Cox Highspeed internet. My connection is wired to my desktop and then wifi to other devices.
I have the Ubee DVW326. Starting last night, my connect would disconnect completely from the internet for a few minutes and then reconnect on its own.
I've tried restarting, flushing DNS, refreshing IP, and nothing seems to work. I lose connectivity on my desktop (wired) and on the wifi.
Any idea what I can do?

I tried looking from this end however I'm getting nothing back from the modem. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing to see if that gets you going again?

The cable is plugged directly into the modem and then I'm plugged directly into my desktop. The Wifi also goes down.
This has started happening again and it goes off and on all day. Do I need to get a technician out here?

I'm showing the modem back online now although I'm not seeing the wired connection you mentioned. Are you still having problems with the connection?

What are your signal levels? Log into your gateway by going to 192.168.100.1 in browser, user: user password:user unless otherwise changed. See page 18 of manual for more info.
First, under Status > Software, what is your board temperature?
Next, under Status > Connection, copy/paste everything under "Downstream bonded Channels".
I don't see any DOCSIS logging, but when you have the issue, do any lights change on the front? Also, can you ping the 192.168.100.1 IP when the issue occurs?

I just unplug the modem for a minute, plug it back in and restart my computer. Happens at least six to ten times a week here in Lakewood Ohio.

I was having the same issue when i started service. The solution to most of my issues was simply first getting rid of the Ubee combo router/modem. tech replaced with netgear C6300 and that seemed to stop the disconnection. still having insanely high jitter but that hopefully should be solved soon.

Are you experiencing this on all devices? What speed and ping have you been receiving?
