Internet issues

Hello,

I have been a cox customer for many years and satisfied until now. I feel  that my Internet speed is well below par and not up to what I am paying for. The result of my last Internet speed test resulted in the following:

Download: 2.14 Mbps

Upload: 4.49 Mbps

Ping: 64ms

Please help
