Internet disconnecting

I have a problem with my Internet connection. I recently bought a new modem Motorola SB6121 and wifi router Netgear wndr3700v4. At least once every 24 hours I had a internet connection lost, although ping to the router was fine. So I dicided to change router and replaced it with Asus RT-N56U. And still have disconnects randomly. So the problem is not the router, now I know it for sure. Below I am posting logs of my modem, please let me know how to fix this problem.

I didn't look at the modem when it happened so I can't tell it the lights on the modem were blinking or not. I didn't have to do anything, in about a minute the internet connection came back on by itself.  As I told before for now everything seems to be working fine.

Signal levels look good. I see one T3 in the logs. Some questions:

1. How many T3 do you see in a average day?  Do they line up when you lose the service? Also, do the lights change when you loose connection?

2. Turn the DHCP query frequency to Aggressive. Advanced Settings > WAN. If you don't see it there, you probably need to update your firmware. Use caution doing so though.

3. When you loose the connection, can you still ping the modem at 192.168.100.1?

So far the connection seems to be stable, will update if something changes. Regarding your questions:

1. There were 2 T3 errors, but for 2 days I have not seen any more.

2. It already was in Aggressive mode, I didn't change this option.

3. Yes I could ping router and modem.

HI ht85,

When you lose connection do you notice a change in the lights on the cable modem? Are there lights that are blinking or out that are normally illuminated?  Do you have to do anything for the service to come back (i.e. reset the modem) or does it come back on its own?
