I only get local channels
When I select a channel above 11 the screen is blank. I turned the cable box off and on but the problem persists.

I found a link to reset the cable box. The rest of the channels work now.

What kind of cable box do you have and how is it hooked up to your TV? Wondering if your dealing with a mini box or have a advanced or even Contour box. See here for list to pick which if not easily visible. You can also try having Cox's system reset your box. They have a online reset button here you can use to do it without having to call in.
