I always use OUTLOOK for e-mail. However in our Outlook system can not send e-mail after using cox, although receiving e-mail work normally.
The manager of our e-mail tell me that internet service blocks the SMTP Port No 25. In this situation, would you please give a advice to solve this problem.

If port 25 is blocked then usually most ISPs would have secured ports open like TCP 465 or 587. I'd suggest using your Cox email account to authenticate your messages if you must use 25. It's typically not blocked if using their mail server.
I know for a fact TLS/SSL ports 465/587 are not blocked.
Sounds like you might be trying to setup your work email at home to work on your Cox internet connection? Please confirm.

It would probably be helpful to first know what email provider you're trying to setup access for. Is this a cox.net email account you're using for example?
