Hunger Games resolution

I was watching Hunger Games and picture froze one hour into movie. Of course, I have been on hold with Cox for 30 minutes. They better not charge me for such  poor service!!!

Good luck with that.  I have been waiting since 10 a.m. for them to fix my problem.  Don't think they really care if they get it right. 

We are having problems with the movie buffering/tiling constantly. Tried tech support but was on hold forever! We will be calling tomorrow for a refund!
