How to reconnect
I am having new carpet installed this week and all my electronics must be disconnected and moved out of the way. Do I just unhook everything from their connections and reconnect when I move them back into place? Will everything work as before or do I need to call cox and have them reinstall? This includes Contour TV, internet and phone.

Just unplug everything and then plug everything back in when done. Make sure you remember what was plug into what but all your equipment has already been configured so Cox won't be needed.

Hi catneal,
You can unplug everything as long as you plug everything back the way it was you should not have any issue.

Thanks, just what I thought. I also have one TV on a mini-box so it is okay just to unplug as well?

Absolutely! The mini box as well. Just plug everything back in, give it a few moments to load and you should be fine. Let us know if you have any further concerns.
