How long does it take to get upgraded speeds.

Hi.  I have just upgraded my internet speed from 15 to 50.  I was wondering how long it will be until it takes effect.

Hi,

I can see what's going on with the connection speed.  Can you send an email to cox.help@cox.com with the account information?  Once you upgrade it should have taken place immediately after the modem was reprovisioned.
