How do I watch a specific episode of a specific season?

I have searched and tried and searched. But no where is there any instruction. You cannot flag a episode to be recorded if it will be available 'On Demand' yet it is impossible to browse to it. Say, for instance, that I want to watch episode 5 of season four of Game of thrones. How is this accomplished? Stranger still, why has this question never occurred to anyone before? Please help me as specifically as possible. In many 'help' articles the remote does not look like my remote and this only adds to the confusion. Mine is apparently model URC-8820-MOTO version 1.2
